We take your health and safety very seriously. Thankfully, most window and door screens are on the outside of many homes. Person-to-person exposure is inherently very limited. And even though a visit from our technicians is much safer than the vast majority of social interactions, we have implemented the following extra layers of safety protocol.

• We will sanitize our hands and our materials before we visit your property.

• We will maintain a six foot distance between you and our technicians.

• We will always respect your special requests. It is your home and we are your guests.

• We will never enter your property unless we receive your explicit permission in advance.

• We will gladly accept your payment online.

• We will happily accept your request to reschedule or postpone your appointment.

• We will not visit your property if any of our technicians is feeling unwell.
